Details of how to book the apartments and a listing of local hotels of various prices within walking distance will be posted before the Con.

Meals
Meals are NOT included, but there is a kitchen, and food can be ordered in via the usual delivery services, or you can bring food (and drink) with you and store in the fridge or cupboards in one of the apartments.
